Executive Director of Patient Support Solutions

You're ahead of the curve in market access trends and market dynamics.

As a member of the Market Access and Patient Support leadership team, the Executive Director, Patient Support Solutions will be responsible for growing business with new and existing clients by supporting solution development and design and communicating how PSP drives brand strategy. You will:

• Manage operational and strategic projects to improve commercial launch excellence, support deployment and evolution of offerings, customer engagement messaging, ensuring quality and consistency in customer program support and delivery
• Support business development, brand messaging, thought leadership, case study/blog and other insight development
• Help build and implement patient support solutions, and effective execution by exploring new potential patient support and market access solution offerings and partnerships
• Manage assigned talent which may include, but not limited to, field reimbursement, patient education, and account management programs
• Assist customers in development of strategic direction and implementation of tactical efforts for launch products, as well as inline products related to our solutions

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years' commercial experience within a pharmaceutical manufacturer or combined 10 years' pharmaceutical manufacturer and commercial service organization experience within a consulting role focused on patient support services
• Minimum 5 years' people management experience
• Patient support program strategy or marketing role experience within the pharmaceutical industry required
