The team

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP delivery manager with 15-20 years of experience in SAP Cloud Infra AMS build and run engagements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams in an onshore-offshore model and a deep understanding of AMS services, You will be responsible managing pre-sales team in RFP process, support client in new initiatives/projects/proposals, conduct governance meetings with client & present metrics.

The role

* Manage a portfolio of SAP, Cloud Infra AMS build & run engagements
* Manage Delivery from Onsite & offshore SAP AMS team
* Manage escalations & customer communications
* Support pre-sales team in RFP process, solutioning, estimations and skills identification
* Drive innovations in improving the outcomes from AMS services
* Conduct governance meetings with client & present metrics
* Support client in new initiatives/projects/proposals
* Should be comfortable in fixed price, T&M and shared operation team(s) engagement.

What you'll bring

* Minimum 15+ years of working as an SAP Delivery experience
* Minimum 7+ years of account management experience
* Minimum 5+ years of experience managing deliveries in onshore/offshore model
* Minimum 5+ years of client handling experience in management role

Additional Information
* ITIL knowledge is strongly recommended.
* Travel requirements 30%-50%

As required by the equal pay and transparency acts, the expected base salary for this position is: $150k to180K base+ bonus.

The expected pay is determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, depth of experience in the practice area. Employees are eligible to participate in Hitachi Digital Services bonus/variable/commission pay programs, where applicable, and are subject to the program's conditions and restrictions.
