Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Director to play a critical role in our consumer organization. Reporting to the SVP Regional Engagement & Field Sales, coordinating and managing high-impact that drives business success. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, alongside a strong foundation in business, financial, and program management. This role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects while fostering collaborative relationships with senior leadership.

This position will be based in Plano, Texas or Long Island City, NY

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the SVP and VP team to prepare and review materials for monthly meetings, business reviews, and other key status/project updates.
  • Lead the creation of meeting agendas and content for Regional and Field Sales Leadership sessions, ensuring follow-up on strategic agenda items.
  • Partner with Field Sales teams, Regional GMs, and other stakeholders to develop cohesive action plans, KPIs, and execution strategies based on business update needs.
  • Enhance collaboration across cross-functional teams, promoting a shared vision and transparency throughout the organization.
  • Monitor and assess progress on key organizational goals, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and strategic objectives.
  • Oversee the timely execution and delivery of projects by effectively managing timelines, resources, and communications.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders involved in key initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the SVP, offering critical insights and strategic guidance.
  • Prepare and manage executive reports, presentations, and communications for internal meetings.
  • Coordinate team meetings, setting agendas, capturing minutes, and following up on action items to ensure accountability.
  • Streamline processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity for the management team.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8-10 years of professional experience, preferably in the telecom industry.
  • At least 3 years in a business management role, such as operations or project management.
  • Proven expertise in project coordination and management.
  • Strong project reporting capabilities, with emphasis on cross-functional communication and engagement with executive leadership.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong business acumen to inform prioritization decisions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, complemented by strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to balance multiple stakeholders and agendas with ease.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Solid financial and analytical skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage complex projects and drive cross-departmental initiatives.
  • Experience collaborating with senior leaders and working with C-suite executives.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality in all interactions.

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $161,186.00-$230,265.00/year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
