This role is crucial for ensuring that the organization's projects are governed effectively and aligned with strategic goals and objectives. As the Governance & Performance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting projects through their gate governance by providing central assurance. You will drive the embedment and continuous improvement of the Network Delivery Process and Portfolio processes and procedures. The position leads a team of Analysts and Program Managers focused on governance, performance management and reporting, risk management, and driving continuous improvement for the safe and efficient delivery of Capital Projects under the Network Delivery Process. Salary:$154,000 - $181,000 This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills.
