We are currently seeking a Feld Service Manager to join our team in Whippany, New Jersey (US-NJ), United States (US).

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Provides direct supervision to a large team of operational, production, sales, service or administrative team members, or a small staff of professionallevel team members.
• Work is guided by operational and project objectives.
• Sets and communicates clear expectations for work outcomes and manages performance.
• Manages a larger field service team and/or a supplier relationship.
• Regularly coaches and mentors team members.
• Regularly reviews the work and performance of team members.
• Supports leadership team in business process improvements.
• Ensures team achieves specific performance metrics.
• Ability to physically perform general office requirements.
• Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations
• Provide advanced verbal and written communication skills.

Please Note: Significant travel including overnight domestic or international trips may be required.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years managerial/leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years of negotiation skills.
• Minimum 5 years of desktop administration experience
• Minimum 5 years with leadership of personnel and of business objectives.
