*Description* *Perform all aspects of computer set-up, installation, troubleshooting, service, upgrades, and maintenance. *Perform proper troubleshooting for ticket escalation (i.e., creating accurate and complete description of the client's problem). *Analyze the client problems with Windows Client & Server operating system skills, including wireless devices and networking equipment. *Skills* Hardware Support, Windows 10, Desktop, Windows, Support, Troubleshooting *Top Skills Details* Hardware Support,Windows 10 *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Customer Service is another very important aspect to the client. This will be a hospital setting. *Experience Level* Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
