What You'll Do

As a Supervisor, Treasury you will:



  • Manages the overall cash management process, including backup for the daily cash reconciliation and reporting process, cash transfers to fund bank accounts and optimizing cash balances to ensure adequate liquidity.


  • Improves daily cash positioning worksheet format and reporting to streamline data.


  • Assists with the management of banking facilities, including working with banking partners on appropriate structures and identifying opportunities to reduce banking-related fees.


  • Maintains the weekly 13-week cash forecast by collaborating cross-functionally.


  • Provides variance analysis on receipts and disbursements comparing forecast to actual; Improves on the accuracy of cashflow data capturing of trended historical data to improve forecasting.


  • Develops weekly cash/debt reporting.


  • Prepares monthly liquidity reporting for bank reporting


  • Supports the long-term cash forecasting model and find ways to streamline data and improve accuracy of data reported.


  • Supports the FX (Foreign Exchange Rate) hedging program.


  • Assists with managing investments and identifying investment opportunities


  • Assists with bank implementation projects. For example, the ACH (Automated Clearing House) cash application automation.


  • Prepares journal entries related to cash and debt.


  • Oversees the administration of Bank of America CashPro system.


  • Updates the bank account signature card.


  • Prepares monthly bank fee and credit card fee analysis.


  • Provides support for monthly sales tax return preparation for tax department.


  • Prepares the Unclaimed property tax Return.


  • Supports and improves the monthly bank reconciliation process.


  • Assists with ad-hoc projects.


  • Responsible for behaving in a professional manner both internally and externally in relationships that positively impact the company's reputation and comply with the company's policies and practices. Responsible for being accountable and committed to demonstrating Breg's cultural beliefs and achieving the key results of the company.


  • Responsible for promoting Breg's culture within the organization using established tools such as storytelling, providing focused feedback, and recognition. The performance of the position is aligned with the culture of commitment and accountability, following the steps of: See it, Own it, Solve it, and Do it.


  • Leadership responsibilities include selection, development, performance management and continuous recalibration of staff; ensures appropriate staffing levels and resource allocation; performs administrative tasks associated with timekeeping, pay, performance, policy administration and other matters related to employment.


  • Assesses staff and provides timely and consistent feedback regarding technical proficiency and effectiveness. Provides constructive feedback, guidance, and reinforcement to employees regarding job performance. Works with staff to identify work goals and create individual development plans. Evaluates training programs to ensure content meets staff needs.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive excellence in patient care and business solutions.


What You Bring



  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required
  • 7+ years Treasury experience is required.
  • Knowledge of treasury systems to include Bank of America CashPro is required.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills are required
  • 2+ years in a supervisory role is required.
  • Strong computerized accounting skills and advanced Excel spreadsheet skills; proficiency in the use of Oracle or similar ERP system is required.

Compensation

Salary Range: $110,000.00 - $115,000.00. Actual compensation is determined by factors such as experience, skills, and business needs. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salary/pay across all US locations. Actual pay is based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographical location, work experience, skill set, relevant trainings and certifications, and business needs. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for a bonus.
