Field Installer II

About This Opportunity

The Field Installer II is responsible for installing various paint booths and finishing environments for a wide variety of industries - including aerospace, automotive refinish, and industrial customers. This position will troubleshoot various installation issues and collaborate with the install team to exceed our expectation for quality while meeting our customer's deadline.

What You Will Do

• Assist, guide and mentor any new Field Installer I's
• Install prefabricated sheet-metal panels, light fixtures, machine guards, duct work, exhaust fans, air makeup units, metal roofing and sheeting
• Communicate with customer in coordinating the installation on job site
• Coordinate quality and project issues with Project Manager, Field Installation Supervisor or Field Installation Manager
• Adhere to onsite safety policies and OSHA laws with a high degree of regard to employee, contractor, and customer safety
• Develop and maintain relationships with project managers to keep them informed of sales opportunities
• Every employee is expected to support the GFS Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with our Quality System Manual and Quality Procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned
