Vector Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst to drive the dynamic growth and adoption of our suite of solutions. This role will evaluate cross-sell opportunities with a data-driven approach and build foundational components that are fundamental to the business.

We are looking for a highly capable individual contributor who partners closely with the Sector, Sales, and Customer Success leadership teams to define critical cross-sell strategy that will help set the long-term direction of our revenue goals. This individual should be strategic, driven, adaptable, highly organized, analytical, and have a strong eye for detail. A strong understanding of SaaS business models and of Vector Solution's markets is ideal.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze complex information using qualitative and quantitative methods to inform and drive our GTM strategy and meet/exceed our revenue targets.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities and champions novel approaches with a willingness to test and iterate new ideas to solve problems that impact Vector Solutions and our customers.
  • Create trust and build relationships throughout the organization to marshal cross-functional support and resources needed to accomplish your goals.
Requirements
  • 1+ years experience in a business analyst role, with a proven ability to gather, analyze, and interpret business requirements to deliver actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to think both creatively and strategically, with a strong capacity to work autonomously and make informed decisions.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization.
  • A strong passion for continuously learning about new products, technologies, and customer use cases to stay ahead of industry trend.
  • Excellent communication skills, with clear, concise and efficient written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
  • Experience in project management, with a demonstrated ability to lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
