Schedule: 7:00am or 8:00am - 3:30pm or 4:30pm Pay rate: $18 - $20/hr. Essential tasks: Enter item data into Maximo and other software programs, working closely with the maintenance department to record part information and specifications. Create plant-specific reports, enter purchase requisitions, restock spare parts, and track late orders. Provide backup support for the office coordinator and assist other departments with data entry projects as needed. Qualifications: Must have Purchasing, Accounting, and Data Entry experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in computer programs including Microsoft Office, and excellent interpersonal skills. Demonstrated attention to detail, effective time management, and organizational abilities, with the capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
