Staffmark is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic in Pomona, CA! If you have the experience and skills we need, we want you to join our team! Pay Rate: $30.00/hr Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM As a Maintenance Mechanic, you'll be responsible for routine machinery maintenance, installation, and repair. You'll analyze and resolve mechanical issues, conduct preventive maintenance, test equipment after repairs, and prepare machinery for production runs. You'll also collaborate with production departments and assist the Lead Mechanic or Maintenance Supervisor when needed. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Basic mechanical and electrical skills Computer literacy and ability to process work orders through the maintenance system Understanding of power generation equipment (pumps, motors, gears) Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and perform various physical tasks Good reading, writing, and math skills At least 2 years of prior electrical and mechanical experience preferred Forklift operator license preferred Benefits: Weekly pay every Friday via direct deposit or pay card Dedicated local support team available to assist you Employee discounts and referral bonuses Medical, dental, vision, and 401K options for you and your family Interested?
