Salary: $68,000 - $80,000

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accurate billing and payments.
  • Maintain financial records in QuickBooks and process payroll expenses.
  • Assist with financial statement preparation, month-end/year-end closing, and audits.
  • Prepare and file sales tax reports for 30+ states.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial compliance and operations.



Qualifications:



  • Proven accounting experience with a solid understanding of accounting principles.
  • Strong knowledge of multi-state sales tax laws and proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel.
  • Experience with accounts payable/receivable and financial statement preparation.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, with strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Self-starter, organized, and able to work independently
