As a Regional Sales Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and fostering strong client relationships within the pipe and fittings market. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and strategic account management. 60% hunting with 40% account Management. *****MUST HAVE IT/SAAS SALES EXPERIENCE***** *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager 5+ years or similar role within the small packaging and plastic manufacturing, demonstrating a successful track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships. Food or packaging distribution within food or small packaging (pacific seafoods) region sales manager * Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; additional certifications in sales management or industry-specific training are advantageous.
