Our Company The Growth Marketing & Insights (GMI) organization has a charter of providing objective customer research, analysis, and marketing effectiveness measurement to partners throughout the company. Within GMI, the Marketing, Planning and Analytics (MP&A) team was established to focus on developing deep media and customer insights to support integrated marketing planning across channels. The team partners closely with Global Marketing, Finance, and Go-to-market business unit leaders to provide marketing investment guidance on business objectives. The team is looking for a dynamic leader to own the marketing planning process and to drive strategic insights for Adobe's newest product offering, Adobe Express. We are looking to build a comprehensive framework that considers marketing's impact at various stages of the sales funnel to optimize media investment and drive incremental returns. The ideal candidate has experience in financial planning, marketing mix models, and the ability to connect marketing results to financial metrics. They must excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and possess strong partner management skills. What you'll DoYou will lead the marketing planning and insights motion for Adobe Express, providing your perspective on the right levels of investment to drive business impact in line with finance goals. You will develop and own the roadmap for supporting Adobe Express in marketing planning and measurement, and partner with data science to deliver upon this roadmap. Understanding the role each marketing channel plays, and their independent efficiency curves are foundational to a robust model and marketing plan. Aligning marketing plans and objectives with expectations from finance, go-to-market and regional teams are key to the success of this position. What you need to succeed
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
