Press Maintainer Trainee

Seneca Foods in Baraboo is currently seeking an employee to join the Press Department Team.

Position Summary:

• Set up and maintain all equipment in department
• Do repairs, overhauls and inspection of finished product.

Responsibilities:

• Check quality of ends during production
• Load material in various machines
• Make adjustments on machines to insure a quality product
• Make necessary repairs to keep machines running
• Overhaul and replace parts on all machines
• Check material being run for proper coatings, etc.
• Relieve operator for breaks
• Keep area a clean and safe place to work

Qualifications:

• Requires general mechanical knowledge and abilities
• Must pass the Mechanical Aptitude Test
