Pay Rate: $18/hr

This position will be located at our Corporate Office: 2355 W Pinnacle Peak Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85027

SUMMARY

Familiarity with wealth management operations processes, document retention rules, uploading documentation properly to the assigned accounts/clients and assist with investment services tasks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Exposure to investment services within a financial institution and learning about wealth management operations
  • Assist with investment services tasks (may include marketing, operations, and administrative duties)
  • May include assisting with investment marketing (including review, revision, compliance requirements, financial budgeting for projects, and ghost etc).
  • Providing administrative duties, including data entry, scanning, learning about the specific types of documentation and procedures required to properly administer an investment relationship at various stages
  • Ability to stand/sit to collect and scan documents, and lift up to 15 lbs.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • Junior or senior, majoring in finance or related major
  • 3.0 GPA in major field of study
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software
  • Sales Force preferred

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Document scanning and upload to a retention system
  • Ability to stand/sit and lift up to 15 lbs
