We are currently seeking a Administrative Assistant Senior Analyst to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

This is often a college graduate who has mastered the basic principles of the role and is able to handle more complex problems and projects.
* Most problems they handle require standard solutions.
* They may manage small projects with oversight from their supervisor. Works on assignments where independent action and a high degree of initiative are required in completing assignments and activities.
* Typically, supports Senior Vice President.
* Reviews outgoing materials and correspondence for internal consistency and conformance with company policies.
* Coordinates special projects and department activities.
* Coordinates office functions with other departments. Typically requires 4-6 years' relevant experience. Advanced knowledge of software programs include Windows and MS Office applications and business unit specific programs.
* Excellent writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to effectively respond to shifting and changing priorities of a complex nature.
* Exceptional client service skills.
* Advanced organization and time management skills.
