We are currently seeking a Developers / Data Engineers to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Job Title: Developers / Data Engineers

Key Responsibilities:

• Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.
• Modify, install, and prepare technical documentation for system software applications.
• Monitor systems capacity and performance, plan and execute disaster recovery procedures, and provide technical support.
• Identify, escalate and document production impact issues.
• Evaluate user requests for new or modified computer programs to determine feasibility, cost, time required and compatibility with current systems and capabilities.
• Ensure security and compliance through implementing and adhering to regulatory standards for data protection and privacy.
• Enhance user experience and performance by creating intuitive, accessible interface and optimize system speed, reliability, and efficiency.
• Work with healthcare professionals and IT teams to refine features, optimize workflows, and address user needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years' experience working as a Developer or Data Engineer
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles.
• Knowledge of computer development software as it relates to systems, such as SQL, Visual Basic, etc.
• Ability to work in an ambiguous environment; self-motivated to work independently and collaboratively.
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issues.

Tools/Certifications/Applications:

• Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet) or Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with Google Cloud or Google Workspace
• Familiarity with Python, Java, or PHP
• Familiarity with GitHub or similar version control systems
• ServiceNow
• SQL
