GENERAL FUNCTION

Responsible for sending and confirming all weekly reports with factories and updating JDE with this information. Review all factory invoices and verify cost and pieces before approving and sending them to Accounts Payable.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Participate as a supply chain department member, in internal and external multi-departmental meetings.
  • Updating Ecom websites with inventory and shipment tracking.
  • Review the Weekly Shipping Status Report and verify that every factory returns their report each week. Update this information into JDE and inform Analysist of delays.
  • Resolve accounts payable issues regarding purchase price, distribution discrepancies and payment terms.
  • Visionary Clip-on and Marketing inventory review.
  • Work with Marketing and Product on new sticker/packing material creation and order all new and current material with Vertex printing.
  • Perform work assignments accurately and neatly according to professional standards.
  • Maintains work area in a neat, clean and organized condition.
  • Understands and follows all company and manufacturer's policies and procedures and assures compliance of all attendance & safety rules and regulations. Maintains confidentiality of all proprietary and HIPAA protected information.
  • Willingly assists others as necessary to keep work current, meet deadlines or maintain and even work load. Cooperates with other coworkers and demonstrate a good attitude. Performs an acceptable quantity and quality of work on time as required.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent plus two (2) years of relevant Supply Chain or Data Entry experience.
  • Have the ability to prioritize, multiple tasks, and be detail-oriented.
  • Be adaptable and perform well under pressure.
  • Be self-motivated, requiring little to no supervision.
  • Willing to work effectively in a team-oriented structure, with good oral and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
