What We Do Manages and sets priorities for the daily operations of the Client Services and Bank Operation department while assuring compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal banking regulations in the context of their responsibilities.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE

  • Reconciles processing escalations, oversee daily monetary balancing activities
  • Lead process improvement efforts to improve operational efficiency and manage risk.
  • Mentors, provide goals and conduct employee performance reviews and provide ongoing performance feedback
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, external banks, auditors and regulators.
  • Review policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all state and federal banking regulations.
  • Participate in audit activities including government regulatory audits, internal and external audits (e.g., BSA/AML, SOX, GLBA, IT) and compliance reviews.
  • Participate in BCP/DR program management for the bank

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Required Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure

  • Bachelor's degree
  • An undergraduate business degree in accounting, management, banking or economics.
  • 8-10 years of directly related experience with 3-5 years demonstrated experience in a supervisory /management role.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSAs)

  • Extensive experience with high-volume banking operations center including transaction processing, cash management, regulatory requirements and client relations.
  • Ability to work independently with the confidence to make key monetary decisions quickly.
  • Extensive experience and understanding of state and federal bank regulations.
  • Ability to coach, train and motivate staff.
  • Reacts well under pressure
  • Experience with risk management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills

  • Requires the ability to be self-sufficient and the confidence to make key monetary decisions quickly.
  • Receives assignments in the form of objectives and establishes goals and assigns resources to meet schedules and goals.

Supervision Received or Extended

  • Work is reviewed in terms of meeting product, project, or operational objectives, quality, schedules, and budgets.
  • Responsible for managing 2- 4 supervisors.

Impact

  • Interacts daily with subordinates and/or peers as well as clients, vendors and external financial institutions.

The pay range for this role is $89,950.00 - $110,550.00

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
