Context

Drives own results and contributes to team goals by providing analysis and execution of operational plan.

Advises on 'technical' / content subjects, based on given policies and interpretation of reports with regards to own specialized field.

Understands and applies a wide range of procedures and provides answers about specific situations using own professional judgement.

Proactively aligns with the relevant expertise and service teams to transfer activities and knowledge, build knowledge and develop solutions for subject expertise. Has some knowledge of and understands interdependencies with adjacent areas of expertise (internal or external).

Collaborates in sector teams to achieve results and drive standardization, simplification and automation of the relevant processes.

Requirements

Possesses sufficient in-depth knowledge of relevant local HR processes, systems and policies in order to make an interpretation in relation to more complex inquiries in a specific HR domain.

With experience in project management, and ability to drives and runs a complex project independently with multiple stakeholders at cross-department.

Requires data reporting and analytics knowledge and ability to create insights from multiple data sources and apply relevant analytical methods.

Ability to signal gaps in procedures and processes, and contribute to improvement, integrating inputs and needs from several sources, safeguarding cross-sector interdependencies.

Experienced in process management and process improvement methods / techniques.

Responsibilities Operational Excellence

Leverages on own in-depthknowledge of(HR) systemsand end toend processesand cross-departmentinterdependencies, initiates and coordinates standardization, simplification, automation and efficiency in own scope gains in relation to relevant HR and work processes.

Translates new / changed processes to knowledge base & process execution and safeguards cross- department interdependencies.

Proactively aligns with the relevant expertise teams to build knowledge and escalates cases to expertise groups where guidance and deeper clarification of processes or exceptions are required.

Generates insights using advanced analytics for storytelling, using data to make informed decisions.

Stakeholder management

Acts proactively to internal customer needs, advises on 'technical'/content subjects, based on given policies.

Expertise

Proactively aligns with stakeholder towards a common purpose via clear, concise and direct open communication, strives to achieve a shared understanding even in difficult and conflict situations.

Asks detailed questions, provides feedback and advice to internal and external stakeholders on the own specialism.

Handles exception requests where an interpretation of own expertise is needed. When off-track, identifies and solves the issue, informs the stakeholders and prevents this for the next time.

Gives proactive input to Expertise (Tier 3) in case process or policy adjustment is needed.

Often handle sensitive employee and company information, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Projects

Runs and owns a project independently with cross-department in HR scoping, defines & achieves milestones, using Project management methodology, and has end to end responsibility.

Other

Experienced specialist with knowledge in own specialized field, built on an understanding of the theoretical concepts and principles and their context. Researches, analyzes, makes recommendations and develops modifications. Designs and delivers projects in own expertise area. Interprets and applies policies and provides advice. Performs structured assignments that require analysis and interpretation to identify probable cause and most promising opportunities for correction. Uses judgment in selecting alternatives or developing recommendations.
