Minimum Experience/Education |
- 1-2 years of experience in academic advising, student services, or a related field, with a focus on working with undergraduate students.

- Ability to work effectively and independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in social media, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, instructional software (Moodle, Blackboard, Zoom, etc.)
- Demonstrated understanding of the developmental needs of college students
