Description
POSITION SUMMARY: The Annual and Corporate Giving Program Manager will report directly to the VP & Chief Development Officer of the St. Vincent Hospital Foundation. The Program Manager is responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive, coordinated and effective foundation, corporate/business campaign, including solicitating major sponsorships for events. Additionally, the Program Manager is responsible for identifying, researching and cultivating individual donor prospects, coordinates annual fund donor mailings and special fund-raising campaigns (i.e. Employee and Physicians Campaigns) through direct mail and digital marketing campaigns in addition to proposals for solicitation, to meet the Foundation's annual goals and priorities. Designs, directs and oversee the stewardship of all donors. Manages the recognition of donors and corporate partners in publications, signage, marketing and promotional materials. Coordinate inclusion in publications that highlight development activities, donor listings and corporate logo recognition and other forms of donor recognition as required. The Program Manager helps forge and supports new relationships to build the Foundation's impact and financial resources. Works with the CDO and contracted Marketing/Communications to manage and maintain all digital marketing platforms/communication tools-Website, Social Media and digital campaign platforms. Requirements EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree required. Master's degree in business, communications, healthcare or public administration, and/or membership in the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy or similar professional organization preferred. CERTIFICATION/LICENSES: N/A SKILLS:
EXPERIENCE: 5-8 years of experience working in a Development, Business, Healthcare or Sales setting. NATURE OF SUPERVISION: -Responsible to: VP, Chief Development Officer ENVIRONMENT: Works in a clean, well-lit, ventilated smoke-free environment. Requires knowledge of general safety standards. Work is primarily conducted in an office and conference room setting. Occasional after-hour/weekend hours as required to fill Foundation activities or directed by management. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Subject to stressful professional relationships. Working hours vary, with flexibility due to unexpected changes in schedule and emergencies. Requires the ability to speak, listen, develop and communicate written materials. Frequent prolonged periods of sitting. Extensive use of hands for writing and use of computer. Moderate physical effort (able to lift/carry up to 25 pounds). |
