Genesis10 is currently seeking a Product Manager with our client in the financial Industry located in San Chandler, AZ and Charlotte, NC . This is a 6+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and contribute to large-scale planning for Product Management Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, and large-scale Product Management challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including regulatory considerations Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to drive product development and launch Act as the Product Owner for a new fraud and claims product, ensuring successful development and launch Coach teams on Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies Assist with managing regulatory MRA requirements Provide leadership and problem-solving support for Agile and Scrum teams Develop and present PowerPoint updates to leadership Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and internal teams Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies while adapting to Wells Fargo's internal Agile framework Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education Proven experience as an Agile and/or Scrum Product Owner, with strong knowledge of Test-Driven Development Demonstrated ability to stand up brand-new regulated products Strong communication skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint and delivering presentations Understanding of data pipelines and hydration capabilities (to help identify, transform, and load data) Technical Skills: Required Software: Atlassian Confluence & Jira, Jira/ALM Octane (new testing software for artifacts), GitHub, SharePoint, MS Team Nice to Have: Scrum.org Professional Certification.
