As an Upstream Chemicals Area Sales Manager, you'll be involved in planning and development for the overall sales strategy of your team. In a high-impact, fast-paced environment you'll work with exclusive product lines. As a trusted leader, you'll deliver successful outcomes for customers through innovation, strategic solutions, good relationships, and thorough business understanding.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects Within a geographic area

  • Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used. Sales processes require technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions.

  • Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistical, and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.

  • Handling diverse clients in a region. Department is involved in medium-sized sales.

  • Handling Large Territory

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.

  • Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Sales or oilfield chemical operations .

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.

  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
