Partner with the best As a Lead Engineer- Mechanical Component, you will be responsible for: Executing the design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements. This work would include electromechanical design of electrical panels and enclosures. Developing new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations. Delivering products as part of a team. Works on cross functional teams. Alternatively: Leads analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods. Working towards a project statement of requirements and staying focused to the taskings. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Engineering/Technology). Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills. Have the ability to participate on a team as an individual contributor, with a mentor for guidance. Have proven analytical and organizational ability. A desire to learn and is a self-starter. Experience with CAD software for electromechanical design. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, may be able to work remotely 1-2 days per week, and in office (Claremore, OK 2-3 days per week.
