This position will require 25% travel to Installation sites.

Under the supervision of the Manager of Training and Tools, the incumbent will lead the development of Installation execution tools and create dashboards within Power BI to tracks deliverables and other key metrics. The Installation Data Analyst will also partner to create training materials for software, Training Modules will be required at times to be delivered to project sites in the form of a class. The individual will build a strong partnership with the Installation Execution Team and support them by providing accessible support, current, and accurate data for active programs and projects.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate agile development of software in Jira.
  • Create business case for roadmap moving forward with software
  • Coordinate software validation activities with users
  • Create and Maintain Power BI Team Pages
  • Create Power Point training materials for developed software tools
  • Collaborate with other business analysts to ensure consistent and uniform formatting
  • Work to roll out training to relevant site execution teams
  • Support Users of software as needed
  • Deliver high level status meetings
  • Able to work a flexible schedule and evenings(rarely) to accommodate specific customer needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 4 years' experience, or 8 years of related experience
  • Associates degree and 6 years' experience, or 8 years of related experience

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Jira experience 2+ years
  • Knows and understands SQL & relational databases
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI
  • Must have proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experienced in Excel data manipulation/analysis
  • Familiar with SAP
  • Must have a "big" picture focus in both departmental and company strategy
  • High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style
  • Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to speak Spanish a plus.
