Remote: East Coast

As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in providing expert technical guidance and troubleshooting support for our customers. Your expertise will ensure seamless operation, application, and maintenance of our innovative products.

What You'll Do

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and tier 1 reagent issues, resolving inquiries or escalating as needed
Provide remote technical support to customers, ensuring a seamless user experience
Manage and analyze data in support of product investigations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Field Service, Sales, Product Managers, QA, R&D) for issue resolution and customer success
Deliver technical presentations, demos, and training to field specialists and new users
Contribute to product development by providing Voice of Customer (VOC) insights
Stay ahead of the curve-keep up to date with company products and industry advancements

What You Bring

BS in Biological or Life Sciences (or a related field)
0-2+ years of experience (or equivalent combination of education and work experience)
Experience using Amnis or Guava Flow Cytometry products (preferred)
Hands-on research or clinical lab experience
Strong understanding of laboratory processes and procedures
Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Prior customer-facing experience (preferred)
Availability to start at 6 AM Eastern Time to support European customers
