Staffmark in Brookshire, TX is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative for a direct hire opportunity with our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and sustainability and a strong ability to build and nurture relationships with customers in various industrial sectors. Salary: $50,000/yr. + Commission Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday As a Sales Representative, you will prospect and develop new dealer business in target industries such as warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing. You'll build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, understanding their needs and positioning ULBS products as the ideal solution. Educating clients on the benefits of lithium batteries compared to traditional options, you will also drive sales by meeting and exceeding targets while providing exceptional customer service. Staying current with industry trends and collaborating with internal teams to foster business growth will also be key to your success. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in industrial or B2B sales (battery technology, forklifts, or warehousing experience is a plus). Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred). Strong sales performance and communication skills. Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office. Basic understanding of lithium battery technology and industrial applications (training available). Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time in a fast-paced environment.
