Point Solutions Senior Manager (remote) This is a remote position open to any qualified applicant in the United States. Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Manager of Point Solutions to drive the growth and adoption of our specialized healthcare solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with direct sales teams, product management, and marketing to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that enhance sales effectiveness and accelerate revenue growth. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the healthcare technology landscape, strong sales acumen, and the ability to articulate the value of TriZetto's Point Solutions to prospective and existing clients. Essential Functions: Sales Enablement & Strategy * Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for TriZetto's Point Solutions, supporting sales teams with in-depth product knowledge and positioning strategies. * Develop and implement sales overlay strategies that drive engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue generation. * Work closely with direct sales representatives to identify, qualify, and close opportunities within key accounts. Client Engagement & Relationship Management * Present and demonstrate Point Solutions to prospective clients, addressing business challenges and aligning solutions to customer needs. * Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers in healthcare organizations. * Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on industry trends and the competitive landscape. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support * Partner with product management and marketing teams to refine messaging, develop sales collateral, and execute targeted campaigns. * Conduct training sessions for sales teams to ensure a deep understanding of Point Solutions and effective value-based selling techniques. * Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product enhancements and future development. Performance & Revenue Growth * Drive revenue attainment by supporting sales teams in meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement. * Develop business cases and ROI models to justify investment in TriZetto's Point Solutions. People Manager Responsibilities: People Manager Responsibilities * Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture. * Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations. * Support team members in career development, skill-building, and professional growth. * Drive accountability by monitoring individual and team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary changes. * Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing across the team to improve sales effectiveness and overall team success. * Ensure alignment of team efforts with broader company goals and strategic initiatives. Qualifications: * Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA preferred. * Experience: 7+ years of experience in healthcare technology sales, business development, or a related field. Experience in a sales overlay or consultative selling role preferred. * Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare payer and provider markets, including regulatory requirements, reimbursement models, and industry trends. * Sales Acumen: Proven ability to drive sales success through strategic engagement, relationship-building, and value-based selling. * Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed environment and influence without direct authority. * Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), healthcare IT systems, and analytics platforms. Travel: Limited.
