Key Responsibilities: |
- Effectively supports or leads consultative interventions within engagements (i.e., requirements analysis, user acceptance testing and management, standards compliance and management)
- Based on experience, supports or owns and manages one or more project workstream(s), including deliverables, while adhering to budget, timelines, and client engagement guidelines
- Exercises project / program management practices, where required, to plan and run significant tracts within client projects
- Works with Consultants and development teams to ensure translation of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) into winning solution strategies
- Contributes to the successful development of deliverables from an analytical and consultative POV (quality, timeliness, profitability)
- Contributes to statement of work (SOW) preparation, resource loading activities, and project estimations
- Leads the preparation of the Weekly/Daily status report for the project and related client presentations

Essential: |
- 5-8 years of dedicated client-facing consulting or pre-sales experience aligned with one or more industries
- Broad understanding of core Healthcare processes, technology challenges, and technical/business solutions associated with an industry
- Good FACETS knowledge, should be able to run solutions discussions with product team and architects
- Experience in large scale transformation projects

- Solution acceptance testing experience (functional, integration, manual, automation)
- Exposure to digital transformation projects in working on complex multi-team projects using an onsite / offshore model
- Experience working in global organizations and/or with global clients
- Experience within a consultancy or within a targeted industry domain
Work Authorization Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.) Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 - $135,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
