We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr FileNet Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining FileNet solutions to meet our clients' business needs. You will work closely with collaborators to understand requirements, develop technical strategies, and ensure the successful deployment of FileNet systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with IBM FileNet P8, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.

You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Location: Troy, Michigan.

*Candidate is required to be in the office 3 days a week*

Roles/ Responsibilities

* Lead the design and implementation of complex IT solutions using Splunk, FileNet, IBM BPM, and WebSphere technologies.

* Oversee the administration and maintenance of FileNet P8-Process systems to ensure optimal performance.

* Provide expert guidance on IBM BPM administration and solution deployment to streamline business processes.

* Manage the configuration and administration of IBM WebSphere Application Server to support enterprise applications.

* Ensure the stability and security of FileNet Administration systems through regular monitoring and updates.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IT solutions with business operations.

* Develop and maintain technical documentation for all implemented solutions.

* Conduct performance tuning and optimization of IT systems to meet business requirements.

* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Splunk, FileNet, IBM BPM, and WebSphere.

* Mentor and provide technical support to junior team members.

* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.

* Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes and methodologies.

* Support the company's mission by delivering high-quality IT solutions that enhance business operations.

Required qualifications:

* Experience: 14 to 18 yrs.

* Required Skills: Technical Skills: FileNet, FileNet P8, Workflow, FileNet P8 - Content Engine

* Domain Skills: Investment Banking Operations

* Oversee the administration and maintenance of FileNet P8

* expert guidance on IBM BPM administration and solution deployment to streamline business processes.

* configuration and administration of IBM WebSphere application server

Other Compensations:

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
