Our practice is seeking a highly qualified Lead frontend Developer with experience in developing and building impactful, scalable, enterprise applications. Responsibilities

* Lead the design and development of scalable and efficient software solutions using React JS and TypeScript.

* Supervise the integration of Contentful CMS to ensure seamless content management and delivery.

* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team to ensure standard processes and high-quality code.

* Collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business goals.

* Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all architectural decisions and technical specifications.

* Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.

* Ensure the security and compliance of software solutions particularly in the context of Medicare & Medicaid Claims and Payer domains.

* Optimize application performance and scalability to handle increasing user loads and data volumes.

* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the architecture and development processes.

* Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning retrospectives and daily stand-ups.

* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.

* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

* Communicate effectively with partners to manage expectations and deliver high-quality solutions on time.

Qualifications

* Between 12 to 15 years of experience

* Must have extensive experience with React JS and TypeScript.

* Must have hands-on experience with Contentful CMS.

* Must have domain expertise in Medicare & Medicaid Claims and Payer.

* Have extensive experience in Python (experience with serverless and Flask frameworks a plus)

* Experience with AWS serverless architecture

* Nice to have experience with other front-end frameworks and libraries.

* Nice to have experience with cloud platforms and services.

* Nice to have experience with agile methodologies and practices.

* Nice to have experience with performance optimization techniques.

* Nice to have experience with security standard methodologies in software development.

* Nice to have experience with automated testing and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

* Nice to have experience with user experience (UX) design principles.
