JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of ERP systems to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business processes.
- Collaborate with department heads and IT staff to identify system requirements, design solutions, and customize ERP functions to meet organizational needs.
- Manage ERP system upgrades, including planning, testing, and execution, to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
- Develop and enforce best practices and policies for ERP system usage, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Coordinate training of users on the New ERP system functions, creating user guides and training materials to facilitate effective system use.
- Oversee troubleshooting and resolution of ERP-related issues, provide technical advice to direct reports, and maintain a log of system problems and resolutions.
- Analyze business processes and ERP system performance to identify opportunities for improvement, making recommendations for enhancements or new functionalities.
- Coordinate with external ERP vendors and consultants on system customization, integration, and updates, managing contracts and negotiations to ensure favorable terms for the organization.
- Manage and mentor a team of ERP analysts/ERP Product Owners, providing guidance and support.
- Develop plans, timelines, and budgets and ensure Enhancements are delivered on time and within scope.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the ERP system, implementing best practices for data management.
RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ERP system management, implementation, and maintenance.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of data security and compliance regulations.
