JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Responsible for the management of all Corporate related projects.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with Executives, employees, and project team members.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
  • Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  • Oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Coordinate with senior management to prioritize strategic projects.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
  • Proven working experience in project management.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and DevOps.
