Northwestern University is seeking a temporary Program Coordinator.

Temporary Job Description:

Northwestern University's Bluhm Legal Clinic is seeking a Program Coordinator to play a key role in managing the daily operations of the Bartlit Center and Public Interest Center. This position is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in an academic setting and enjoys working with faculty, students, and adjunct instructors.

About the Role:

As the Program Coordinator, you will:

  • Oversee faculty and adjunct onboarding for over 110 instructors
  • Manage course logistics, student enrollment, and academic technology (Canvas, CAESAR)
  • Administer key financial programs, including the Loan Repayment Assistance Program (LRAP) and Guaranteed Summer Funding
  • Support students with administrative and IT needs, including stipend processing and trial team coordination
  • Organize impactful events, workshops, and alumni engagement initiatives
  • Maintain and improve program databases, outreach strategies, and process efficiencies

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and collaborate with faculty, students, and legal professionals
  • Experience in program coordination, budgeting, or student services is a plus
