Product Leader
6 Month contract with opportunity to extend or convert to full-time 40 hours a week, paid weekly 2 step interview process 100% Remote, must sit in the United States *Top Skills' Required* *1. Strategic Enablement Focus: 8+ years of product experience with demonstrated ability to create frameworks that enable business growth rather than just shipping features* 2. Multi-Platform Integration: Experience integrating multiple digital platforms into a cohesive ecosystem 3. Analytics Strategy: Ability to define what to measure and translate data into strategic product decisions 4. B2C Product Experience: Strong experience developing consumer-facing products with engagement-driven models 5. Monetization Experience: Proven success building or optimizing revenue-generating products Strong Preferences 1.Mobile App Experience: Direct experience with mobile product development 2.Community Platform Experience: experience with member-driven platforms or communities 3.Content Strategy Integration: Experience aligning product capabilities with content frameworks 4.Independent Execution: Self-driven leadership without requiring excessive oversight 5.Rapid Experimentation: Experience with lean, iterative approaches to testing and optimization 6.Scaling Experience: History of successfully scaling a product from early traction to wider adoption 7.Omnichannel Integration: Experience connecting digital experiences with physical/live events *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $90.00/hr.
