Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Functional Consultant who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Architect with expertise in S/4 HANA Cost Center Accounting, S/4 HANA SAP Controlling and S/4 HANA New GL. Experience in the Oil and Gas and Utilities domains is required.

• Lead the design and implementation of S/4 HANA solutions for cost center accounting ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Supervise the integration of S/4 HANA SAP Controlling modules to optimize financial processes and reporting.
• Guide on the configuration and deployment of S/4 HANA New GL to enhance financial data management.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements translating them into functional specifications.
• Ensure the successful execution of project plans timelines and work maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of S/4 HANA solutions to ensure seamless functionality and performance.
• Offer ongoing support and fix fr S/4 HANA systems addressing any issues or enhancements as needed.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users to maximize the adoption and effective use of S/4 HANA solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in S/4 HANA technology to drive continuous improvement.
• Foster strong relationships with customers in the Oil and Gas and Utilities sectors to understand their unique needs and challenges.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize financial processes and achieve business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all S/4 HANA implementations.
• Contribute to the development of standard processes and methodologies for S/4 HANA projects.

Role Qualifications:

• 12+ years of SAP FICO experience.
• Possess extensive experience in S/4 HANA Cost Center Accounting demonstrating a deep understanding of its functionalities.
• Strong background in S/4 HANA SAP Controlling with proven expertise in financial controlling processes.
• Exhibit proficiency in S/4 HANA New GL showcasing the ability to manage and configure general ledger functionalities.
• Bring domain expertise in the Oil and Gas and Utilities sectors understanding their specific financial and operational requirements.

SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA for Management Accounting

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
