Mechanic Mechatronics Assembler

Staffmark is hiring a Mechanic Mechatronics Assembler in White, GA! If you have at least a year of mechanic or assembly experience, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Pay: $19.50/hr

Shift Options: 4 AM - 2:30 PM or 5 AM - 3:30 PM (Monday through Thursday (10-hour shifts))

As a Mechanic Mechatronics Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling equipment based on specifications, work cards, drawings, and instructions. You will prepare by gathering parts and determining the assembly sequence, performing the assembly efficiently and safely according to company guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and assembly procedures
• Retrieve, assemble, and attach component parts and sub-assemblies
• Perform hand assemblies, fitting, and adjusting operations of a repetitive nature
• Rework non-conforming parts and products
• Assemble driveline technologies and electrical wiring circuits
• Test equipment based on work card instructions
• Maintain accurate inventory control
• Lift, load, sort, and move materials between storage and work areas
• Complete documentation and check-lists accurately
• Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications:

• 1 year of mechanic or assembly experience
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of metal properties, operational sequences, and hand/power tools
• Ability to follow blueprints and pre-established guidelines
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to detect and report issues
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 75 pounds) and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, kneeling, etc.)
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
