Shipping / Receiving Associate

Staffmark is currently seeking an entry-level Shipping/Receiving Associate for a well-established and growing company in Calera, AL. Position Details:

• Pay: $15.00 per hour
• Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

As a Shipping/Receiving Associate, you will receive hands-on training to help you develop your skills. Your tasks will include:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
• Unload and load products using forklifts or pallet jacks
• Label, organize, and store inventory in designated areas
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company standards
• Load ingredients for seasonings into industrial mixers
• Perform basic math to measure ingredients accurately

Qualifications:

• Must have prior shipping experience.
• Stand for extended periods of time during your shift
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly as part of daily duties
