We are working with a client in the medical field seeking a dedicated Accounting/Collections Clerk to join their team on a temporary basis. The temporary period is estimated to last until August with potential for extension if business needs allow for it, and this is a hybrid work environment working on site 2 days a week. Tax experience is not required for this role. Strong customer service experience especially making outbound calls and proficiency in Excel are essential. This role will be responsible for contacting customers to retrieve missing tax exemption forms and then updating their Excel and SAP database with this information. Some minor tax credit work may also be done. Additional accounting skills are helpful as this role may continue to evolve working on audit and AR projects.
