Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk

We are hiring an Accounts Payable and Receiving Clerk in Georgetown, TX! Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments. Join a global company known for innovation and outstanding service.

Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $23/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Maintain financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.
  • Perform account reconciliations and bank settlements.
  • Assist with period-end budget and closing processes.
  • Handle balance sheet reconciliation and cash flow modeling.
  • Support internal audits and assist with AP/AR processing.
  • Identify trends in departmental spending to help drive cost reductions.




Qualifications:



  • 7-10 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Expertise in Financial Management and ERP Software (SAP S/4HANA preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to resolve complex problems.
