Manufacturing Associate

Shift Details:

• 1st Shift: $16.75 per hour
• 2nd/3rd Shift: $17.75 per hour (plus $0.50 shift differential)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, with daily and weekly overtime required

As a Manufacturing Associate, you'll be responsible for demonstrating all essential Duties & Responsibilities in Die Casting, including:

• Starting up and shutting down die casting machines.
• Trimming parts using a wire wheel, hand file, or other hand tools.
• Maintaining the performance of the die cast machine by connecting the water hose to the cooling system, preheating dies using a torch or electric heater, cleaning the inside of the die and pit area, replacing ladles, and adhering to 5S principles.
• Performing inspection of cast parts, both visually and with quality gauges.
