Your Team, Your Impact

We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Staff Foundry Engineer to collaborate with wafer foundry suppliers and support the provision of high-volume wafer supply using advanced technologies. You will work closely with foundry suppliers and internal Marvell engineers to help deliver high-quality, high-performance chips.

What You Can Expect

  • Coordinate Foundry Process Design Kit (PDK), design enablement, design and technology integration, and co-optimization.

  • Assist in the transition from test chip mode to high-volume, fast production ramp-up.

  • Support the identification and mitigation of reliability risks and manufacturing weaknesses, helping to implement fixes before production.

  • Contribute to efforts to optimize product performance and production supply.

  • Assist in device performance optimization, yield improvement, WAT analysis, and process/Fab qualification.

What We're Looking For

  • MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.

  • Familiarity with sub-10nm technologies.

  • Basic understanding of FINFET and GAA device physics, process flow, and inline interactions.

  • Experience in supporting fast, high-volume production ramp-ups with leading-edge technology.

  • Exposure to advanced Fab or foundry operations.

  • Hands-on experience in excursion prevention and disposition is a plus.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

110,450 - 165,500, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
