Facilities Coordinator

Growing global company is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. You would be the main point of contact for building management and vendors to include cleaning staff, building engineers and the building admin office. You would be routinely inspecting tenant and common area spaces(interior and exterior) as well as assisting with planning, coordinating and directing special facility projects. There are 2 buildings, one in downtown Austin and the other is in the Domain area. This position is a long-term temporary assignment 1+ year. Hours are M-F 8am-5pm

Requirements:




    • 1+ years of experience within facilities or office services
    • GED or High School Diploma
    • Experience with a maintenance requesting ticketing system
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage and collaborate with tenants, clients and co-workers
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
