Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

As a Senior Deputy PM Engineer, you'll plan, authorize and monitor engineering work by managing a team of top talent. You'll ensure that the total system is integrated, tested and verified while keeping your team motivated and focused on project goals. What you bring to the table:
  • Substantial leadership skills and proven team building and motivation skills
  • Proven problem-solving skills in complex environments
What sets you apart:
  • Skilled at applying and executing highly advanced technologies, principles, theories and concepts
  • Strong ability to lead, mentor, and motivate experienced technical staff
  • High level of proficiency in project management
  • 10 years Project Management experience leading hardware and software development teams
  • 5 years related technical experience
  • Significant experience using MS Project, EVMS, and Quality Tools


Target salary range: USD $195,826.00/Yr. - USD $205,000.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
