Financial Analysis Manager - Corporate Development

As part of Ecolab's Corporate Development team, the Finance Analysis Manager is responsible for conducting moderate to complex financial analysis projects including preparing discounted cash flow model and financial metric calculations for acquisition targets. The role also supports the documentation of strategic and financial analysis into Executive Management presentations and reports. In addition, the role assists in the coordination of the due diligence process. This is a high-visibility position requiring analytical thinking, excellent project management skills, an understanding of M&A concepts, and strong attention to detail. What You Will Do:
