Pay: $25.25/hr Shift Available: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM As a Customer Service Supervisor, you'll be responsible for allocating assignments, monitoring team performance, and ensuring business goals are met. You'll supervise, coach, and mentor staff, managing a high volume of tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Collaboration with peers is key to improving work processes and meeting service levels, while ensuring compliance with company policies, safety, and ergonomic training. You'll also handle sorting, organizing, and shipping activities, be the frontline resource for team inquiries, use proprietary software for research and data entry, and resolve issues promptly. Additionally, you'll interview applicants, participate in employee recognition programs, and demonstrate flexibility with your schedule, including possible overtime as needed. Qualifications:
