Transaction Banking Digital Product Manager, Analyst- Dallas

The Role:

We are looking for a Digital Product Manager - Analyst to join our Transaction Banking team, focused on delivering innovative self-serve web and mobile capabilities for our sales and marketing teams. In this role, you will assist in managing the development and optimization of digital features that enable sales and marketing to manage their campaigns, sales collateral, RFPs, opportunities, meetings, pipeline, and beyond.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to enhance user experiences and deliver efficient, secure, and scalable digital solutions.

Responsibilities:



  • Define product requirements for Sales and Marketing features, based on our long-term strategy and employee feedback
  • Document clear user stories and acceptance criteria to collaborate, direct, and inform Design and Engineering resources
  • Support in creating and maintaining a detailed product roadmap that aligns with broader business goals
  • Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization of features to ensure timely delivery of enhancements
  • Collaborate with the UX design team to ensure digital solutions meet the configuration standards for component reuse and critically consider when to customize
  • Present complex ideas and processes in easy to consume presentations to gain stakeholder alignment and drive initiatives forward
  • Analyze user behavior, feedback, and data to continuously refine and enhance product features
  • Work with marketing, sales, relationship managers, and support teams to gather insights on user needs and pain points
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards
  • Manage inter-team and technology dependencies to mitigate project and product risks
  • Develop and nurture collaborative working relationships with key internal partners including business teams, various product teams, legal and compliance, and enterprise technology organizations



Qualifications:

Experience:



  • At least 1 years of experience, or 2 years (preferred) as a digital product manager, business analyst, or directly related experience
  • Preferred at least 1 years of experience working with digital transaction banking products


Technical Skills:



  • Understanding of Agile product development methodologies
  • Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles and how they apply to digital product design
  • Proficiency in using product management tools, e.g., Jira, Confluence


Soft Skills:



  • Detail-oriented nature with strong problem-solving ability
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Able to work effectively with diverse teams across varied geographies
  • Proven track record in balancing end user requests, business needs and technical feasibility, and delivery
  • Success in navigating corporate environments and startups
  • Comfortable in the fast lane: Experience with driving rapid team and product growth
  • Mission Driven: Must be a strong believer in the team and mission
  • Inclusive Culture: Considerate to the cultural differences of team and a diverse user-base
  • Forward thinking: Anticipation of organizational needs for efficiency


Education:



  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
