The Manager, Marketing Operations Thoracic will work closely with the US Thoracic commercial teams to support projects, planning, and strategic efforts in support of the upcoming NSCLC launch. This position will work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams including brand marketing, field sales leaders, medical, market access, strategic accounts as well as external agency partners.

This is a full-time, exempt, remote position reporting to the Director, Thoracic Marketing tied to our Portsmouth, NH locations. Ideal candidates will already live within the Eastern Time Zone, preferrably the Northeast for easy access to our USA offices (Portsmouth, NH and Chesterbrook, PA) as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Coordinate national and regional congress strategy with marketing and medical colleagues, manage registrations and sponsorships, confirm assets are properly shipped to venues, and conduct pre-congress meetings
  • Partner with the Thoracic Regional Marketers to execute advisory boards, including but not limited to, venue identification and contracting, A/V, HCP contracting and honoraria payment management
  • Manage and execute contracts and payments (MSAs, SOWs, POs) for marketing agency vendors, in collaboration with legal and AP
  • Manage logistics around all live meetings including national sales meetings, launch meetings, speaker trainings, all agency/marketing meetings, and quarterly business reviews
  • Develop strong relationships with internal partners and subject matter experts. Be seen as a highly competent and collaborative partner who works closely with multiple teams
  • Implement integrated tracking of launch deliverables across the cross-functional brand team
  • Maintain high quality and detailed documentation on all projects
  • Responsible for routine upkeep of thoracic team shared documents
  • Review and update onboarding documents and materials at regular intervals and ad hoc
  • Address ad hoc needs of the marketing leadership team including Director, Thoracic Marketing, VP, US Marketing and SVP, Novocure US



QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent level experience required
  • 1-3 years of experience in project management or business operations role
  • Experience working with Sharepoint, Veeva CRM, and/or documentation management systems preferred
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office is required
  • Understanding of medical device, healthcare or other patient support experience a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize time and efficiency while managing multiple priorities.
